What is hypnosis?

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?

Getting absorbed in a book or movie, day dreaming, and driving your car without remembering how you got somewhere.
Hypnosis is a natural, yet altered state of mind where your conscious mind is relaxed, so that your subconscious mind can receive positive suggestions.
Our subconscious mind is our imagination and the emotional part of us, so when we use these, we naturally go into a hypnotic state.
Jennifer uses this natural state to help clients reach their goals.
You might be surprised to know that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. Jennifer is trained to guide you into this relaxed state of mind, yet you are actually the one with all of the control.
While in hypnosis, you are very relaxed, fully conscious, hear everything that is said, never do anything you do not want to do and remember the entire session.
The subconscious mind stores all of our emotions, thoughts, beliefs and memories and contains all of our values and core beliefs about ourselves.
The subconscious mind is like a computer; once it is programmed with a certain idea or belief, it will operate out of that idea as if it were reality.
